At the Sherri Classic Culture Fest, we’re curating a dynamic mix of vendors — from local artists and boutique brands to chefs and food trucks — to create an experience where every guest finds something new.
To ensure every vendor has the opportunity to truly shine, we are thoughtfully screening all participants to maintain a
balanced, high-quality, and diverse marketplace.
This intentional approach allows us to elevate local talent, maximize exposure, and deliver a festival experience that feels
fresh, vibrant, and uniquely Kansas City.

Who Should
Participate?
The Sherri Classic Culture Fest is open to all applicants, and participation will be thoughtfully curated to ensure a diverse mix of business types and sizes while prioritizing a well-balanced representation of the
Kansas City community.
Smaller makers, artists, and pop-ups are encouraged to join and will be prioritized.
This allows us to offer a more accessible and collaborative presence.
Please note this is an application only. Accepted vendors will be notified no later than May 1st upon which payment
will be required.

The following items apply to all vendor unless specified in writing or otherwise stated.
• The term "Host" refers to all parties associated with planning, managing, & operating the event.
• Host will provide one (1) 8x8 table & two (2) foldable chairs
• Vendors will be allowed to place signs, banners, flags
etc., inside their area
•Host site will not provide electrical power unless specifically requested and available.
• There will be designated areas for booths. Host will make all final determinations regarding booth placement.
• All fees will be nonrefundable, except at the sole discretion of the host.
• Host will provide security and trash removal throughout the festival. Vendors will be expected to help keep the area around their booths clean and free of debris.
• Vendor will be expected to have their booths completely set up at least 60 minutes prior to the start of the event. You are expected to remain open until close of the event each day. You must completely load out on Saturday, May 30th after the event closes.
• Vendors will be told of drop-off sites for loading and unloading their wares, and locations to park x1 vehicle. This information will be available at the Vendor Day Social on May 6th at Sherri's Executive Lounge from 5PM to 7PM.
• Overnight security is provided but please use your discretion. Sherri's is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen property.
• Vendor ARE allowed to use the Sherris & Culture Fest Logos/Photos for marketing up until May 30th 10PM CST but NOT allowed to use on ANY merchandise.
• Vendors will comply with all local, city, and state rules and regulations including necessary licenses. Vendors will supply all necessary items to accomplish these goals.
• Vendors Shall carry the appropriate insurance to provide necessary liability protection for themselves, consumers, & hosts as applicable.
