At Sherri's Cigar Store, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. Please take note of our shipping policy before placing your order.

We ship all orders using the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. This method provides fast, reliable, and trackable shipping for your convenience. All Shipments will require adult signature for delivery.

  • Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are based on the total weight of your order and the destination address. The shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Shipping Restrictions

​

Due to state laws and regulations, we cannot ship our products to South Dakota and Utah. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

  • Order Processing and Delivery Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping option you choose at checkout. Most orders are delivered within 2-3 business days, but some orders may take longer depending on your location.

  • Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order through the USPS website.

  • Damaged or Lost Shipments

​

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure that they arrive in excellent condition. However, if your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. If your order is lost during shipping, please contact us immediately, and we will initiate an investigation with the USPS.

  • International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

  • Shipping Disclaimer

We are not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses caused by the USPS. Once your order has been shipped, it is out of our control.

 

Note:

The Seller ships all products with Freight on Board (FOB) Kansas City, MO, and the Purchaser bears the risk of loss during transport and shipment. The transfer of ownership and title of the goods takes place in Kansas City, Missouri, and the Purchaser assumes full responsibility for the shipment. The Seller arranges for the transportation of goods as a service to the Purchaser and acts on their behalf. Therefore, by using the Seller's transportation service, the Purchaser represents that they have complied with all applicable local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation, and delivery of the goods. The Purchaser must confirm that they are of legal age, have obtained all necessary permissions, paid the required fees, worked through appropriately licensed intermediaries where necessary, and have legal entitlement to take possession of the goods and the quantities ordered.
